Network Marketing: How to Make it Work for You
How or why some people excell at Network Marketing, while others struggle is not as complicated of a question as many would think. After researching the reasons why, I have came to the conclusion that there is a common set of personality traits that a successful person possesses.1. Determination: I have found that individuals who have decided to become self-employed either "in the real world" or "on the internet" are a determined group. Once they become comfortable with the area they have chosen, they pursue it endlessly. The ups and downs of any business can be enough for you to throw in the towel. Being self-employed is not as easy as a task as some imagine when they first decide "I can do this"2.
Motivation: Okay, now you have convinced yourself that you can do this. In the beginning your emotions run on high speed. You advertise, build networks, and spend long hours working each day. Successful Network Marketers do not need a pat on the back every day. They assess what they have or have not accomplished.
They go with the flow, they except change as a natural progression of the business.3. Self-confidence. As changes occur successful Network Marketers assess the changes that need to be made to stay in the "pack" They are knowledge seeking individuals, who will take that "extra step" to gain the information they need to stay on top of their business. They are not afraid to seek out the professionals and ask questions.4. People-Oriented: Being able to communicate, provide training and services to your customers.
Successful Network Marketers have the ability to communicate to their customers. They have gained the knowledge, therefore they are the experts in their field. They provide the training and support their customers need to be successful. They go the "extra mile", they direct, motivate and support their customers. So in conclusion, the reasons why some people are successful and some fail is dependent on how an individual approaches their business. The secret is in each individual.
To be a successsful Network Marketer you need to assess yourself and find the power within..

To Gain Muscle, All Pros Do Only 1 Set!
Copyright 2006 Jonathan Perez
Every pro bodybuilder does only 1 set per exercise to failure to gain muscle mass.....whether they say so or not.
I'm going to answer one of the most asked, most contradicted questions about how to train to gain weight around:
"How many sets does it take to gain muscular size and development?"
Now, I'm referring to sets per exercise.
When you perform a set in a "certain" manner, with the correct amount of weight and for a very "specific" rep range, you will have induced the maximum growth in that muscle.
Anything above and beyond that is just a waste.
The problem today is that when you pick up any bodybuilding or weight gain magazine / book, they all recommend several sets per exercise.
Not only is this very misleading to us average, skinny "hardgainers", but when you see every top pro doing set after set after set, it's no wonder that 99.9% of the average...

How important is MIND in sports?
We all know sports are all about physical fitness and physical endurance. What we also know for fact is sport people do not attach much important on another important aspect - MIND MANAGEMENT.
Athletes may possess 100% physical fitness but if he/she is not mentally fit, the physical fitness is as good as not having it at all. So what is Mental Fitness?
Physical training teaches the body the physical attributes and tunes the body to use the skills of the sport, while mental training teaches the nuances of focus and mind control and the ways to enhance the performance.
It is important to realize the enormous power of thought and its effect on performance. Sport people in particular achieve peak performance when the BODY, MIND and EMOTIONS are synchronized at the same level and on the same goal.
But unlike mastering physical aspects ? perfectly physical skills and developing physical fitness, the importance of Mind Management...

Creative Potty Training
When I was potty training my two young boys, I discovered this method of potty training that made it an enjoyable, yet very effective way to potty train toddlers.First, make sure your child is ready for potty training, shows interest, wants "big kids pants" etc.
If they show no signs of readiness, it may be best to let them mature a bit more.
Make this a game, make it fun and you will not run into stubborn opposition (after all it is the child's body). Go out and buy or find around the house items you don't normally let your child play with.
Some examples might be toys that can be used in water (3 or 4 things), like little plastic pitchers, balls, tiny cups, whatever, but make them SPECIAL.
The only real rule to this game is these special "potty" toys can only be played with while the child is sitting on the potty!
This is very important; no breaking this one rule, or it won't work. Once the child is sitting on the potty fill a large bowl or...
